Besides the sumptuous permanent collection and the temporary expositions the Museum has a notable presence in the publications world and at the same time it has an excellent communication with the public. It organizes tours, lectures, seminars, speeches and expositions that are specifically addressed to children and at the same time promotes creative activities with the educational sector and the socially excluded groups.
The Museum's works of art have been hosted from time to time at the most important cultural institutions of Greece: the National Art Gallery, the Municipal Art Gallery of Patra, the Municipal Art Gallery of Larissa (collection of Katsigra) and they have been a part of many other exhibitions in Greece such as the Dimitria of Thessaloniki. It has also collaborated with other cultural and educational institutions of Greece and abroad. Some of them are listed below:
Ministry of culture
Ministry of Education and Religion (in particular with the department of Greeks that live abroad and the Multicultural Department)
Ministry of Education of Cyprus
University of Aegean
Primary or Secondary Education of Dodecanese
Departments of educational programs of various museums and Art galleries in Greece.
